INTERIOR DESIGN

This long room which included a kitchen on one end and family room on the other, was

in need of a refresh and redesign.  We

began with eliminating the existing dark ceiling/wall beam which divided the two rooms. Coordinating with the existing fireplace mantel, we added new beams to the family room ceiling and created a transitional beam from the kitchen.  Anchoring the room with an accent color on the fireplace wall and softening the trim color made the whole space cozier.  A new  rug and furnishings helped to add some color and a new bar piece created a nice transition and pretty focal point making this room now perfect for entertaining.
