LIVING/DINING ROOM —

The "floating" fireplace centered in the room was a bit of a challenge.  Adding a shelving unit off the wall to meet the brick structure, created a lovely separation of rooms.

We pulled the space together with simple furnishings and pretty details. We combined pieces they currently owned (but used in a new way)  with some smart, new items.  We were able to decorate on a budget with a great end product.
