Ski condos need to be comfortable and functional. Several simple, special touches helped transform this space into a cozy place to entertain or hang after a day on the slopes.​

Some clever touches can really change a space:

• Painting the old, tired brick and updating the fireplace area makes it a focal point of the room​

• Adding some battery operated sconces to the large wall help to soften the space (without needing an electrician!)​

• To avoid too many chairs, dining area includes a beautiful bench with coordinating bar stools​

• Adding a plug in hanging light over the dining table is creative way to add some needed light (just push the button- no electrician needed)​

• Creating an Apré ski corner with wine glass holder and wine cabinet give this typically awkward corner a a new purpose​

• Adding some textured wallpaper to the kitchen backsplash helps to frame the area
